摘要
本研究通过问卷调查了解广州市某高校大学生对无糖食品的认知和购买情况,为提高大学生的营养健康意识及高校健康教育提供依据。调查结果表明,大学生对糖类的功能及无糖食品的认识比较模糊;大部分大学生购买过无糖食品,且无糖食品的购买情况受大学生对控糖和无糖食品态度的影响极显著(P<0.01);大学生购买无糖食品的主要原因是控制体重,购买的品类主要是无糖饮料;大学生想要通过网络途径获得更多无糖食品功能和安全性方面的信息。
In this study,a questionnaire survey has been conducted among college students in a university of Guangzhou for their cognition and consumption status on sugar-free food,which aims at providing foundation for college health education and enhancing the nutrition and health awareness of college students.The result of questionnaire shows that there was a lack of clear understanding of functions of carbohydrate and sugar-free foods among college students;Most of college students had purchased sugar-free foods,and the inclination for the consumption of sugar-free foods was significantly affected by their attitude towards sugar intake control and sugar-free food(P<0.01).The dominant reason for college student to buy sugar-free food was to control their weight,and sugar-free drinks were the main sugar-free foods consumed by them.Online media is the main way to learn the knowledge of sugar-free food.College students want to obtain more information on the function and safety of sugar-free food through the Internet.
