摘要 Cajal间质细胞(interstitial cells of Cajal,ICC)在食管内与食管壁内神经及食管平滑肌构成"神经-ICC-肌肉"的功能单位,调节食管运动。贲门失弛缓症是食管动力障碍性疾病,表现为食管下括约肌失弛缓以及食管体部失蠕动,其病理生理机制并未阐明。本文综述ICC对食管运动功能的影响,以及对贲门失弛缓症发病的作用及机制。
