摘要
针对鲁奇煤气化炉人工取样和观察灰渣过程中工作量大、现场环境恶劣、识别误差大的问题,设计了灰渣自动取样和拍照设备。通过在鲁奇炉灰锁下方的竖灰管开孔,接入引灰渣管,并连接灰渣取样和拍照自动化设备与智能识别系统,代替了人工取灰渣过程,降低了操作人员的劳动强度,也减少了人工识别的误差。
Aiming at the problems of heavy workload,bad site environment and large identification error in the process of manual sampling and ash observation of the Lurgi coal gasifier,the automatic ash sampling and photographing equipment was designed.Through opening of the vertical ash pipe below ash lock of the Lurgi gasifier,the ash lead pipe was added to connect with the automatic equipment for ash sampling and photographing and intelligent identification equipment,which replaced the cumbersome manual ash sampling,and reduced the labor intensity of the operator and error of manual identification.
