摘要
为了检测煤及煤灰中的微量元素,需选择合适的前处理方法。综述了目前常用的酸溶法、碱熔法和燃烧法等前处理方法,重点阐述了酸溶法的预处理方式、酸消解系统和加热系统,分析了管式燃烧法和氧弹燃烧法的影响因素。选择合理有效的前处理方法,可以有效避免目标元素的损失,维护操作安全。
In order to detect trace elements in coal and coal ash,it is necessary to select a suitable pretreatment method.The commonly used pretreatment methods such as acid dissolution method,alkali fusion method and combustion method were summarized,with focus on elaboration of pretreatment method of acid dissolution method,acid digestion system and heating system,and the influencing factors of tubular combustion method and oxygen nitrogen combustion method were analyzed.It was concluded that choosing reasonable and effective pretreatment methods could effectively avoid the loss of target elements and maintain operation safety.
