摘要
随着新能源的蓬勃发展,多端输电线路的应用场景逐渐增多,多端电流差动保护应用成为最佳选择。本文提出一种基于同步相量的多端电流差动保护方法,使多端输电线路的差动保护应用具备可行性。基于IEC 61850-90-5协议,通过网络报文方式传输可路由的电气量信息,实现纵联通信数据定义的标准化。在分析同步相量特性的基础上,提出一种不依赖通道收发时延一致性的差动保护同步方法,并进一步提出基于光纤和5G无线通信的通道拓展方式,在保证差动保护可靠性的前提下,有效提高多端电流差动保护对通道的适应性,提升多端输电线路系统的供电可靠性。
With the rapid development of new energy in recent years,the application scenarios of multi-terminal transmission lines are increasing,and the application of multi-terminal current differential protection has become the best choice.This paper presents a multi-terminal current differential protection scheme based on synchronous phasor,which makes the application of differential protection for multi-terminal transmission lines feasible.Based on 61850-90-5 protocol,the routable electrical quantity information is transmitted through network.Based on the analysis of the synchronous phasor characteristics,a synchronization method of differential protection is proposed,which does not depend on the consistency of the transmission and transmission delay of the channel.Furthermore,the channel expansion method based on optical fiber and 5G wireless communication is proposed.On the premise of ensuring the reliability of differential protection,the adaptability of multi-terminal current differential protection to the channel is effectively improved.
