以服务业开放提升我国企业国际竞争力:理论逻辑与政策方向 被引量:5

摘要 深化服务业对外开放是现阶段提升我国企业国际竞争力的重要手段。文章利用国内国际数据进行对比后发现,全球各主要经济体服务化趋势日益明显,服务业开放水平不断提升。但与发达国家相比,我国服务业开放水平仍较低,特别是在生产性服务部门如金融、通信和法律等领域更为明显。改革开放后,我国企业国际竞争力经历了初步形成、竞争力初显、加速提升和不断强大四个发展阶段,但仍存在生产率低、盈利能力弱和品牌价值不强的问题。在经济高质量发展时期,服务业对外开放通过减少企业生产成本、学习发达国家先进技术、整合优势资源和优化产品质量四条路径提升我国企业竞争力。因此,文章提出把生产性服务业开放作为主攻方向,以国际国内双循环提升对外开放水平,树立"中国制造"品牌价值,根据不同服务部门渐进开放的政策建议。 Deepening the opening up of the service industry is an important means to enhance the international competitiveness of Chinese enterprises at this stage.This article uses domestic and international data to compare and find that the trend of servicing in major economies around the world has become increasingly obvious,and the level of openness in the service industry has continued to increase.However,compared with developed countries,the level of openness of China.s service industry is still relatively low,especially in the production service sectors such as finance,communications,and law.After the reform and opening up,the international competitiveness of Chinese enterprises has gone through four development stages:initial formation,initial competition,accelerated improvement and continuous strength.However,there are still problems of low productivity,weak profitability and weak brand value.During the period of high-quality economic development,the opening up of the service industry promotes the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises through four paths:reducing production costs,learning advanced technologies from developed countries,integrating superior resources and optimizing product quality.Therefore,this article proposes to take the opening of the producer service industry as the main direction,to improve the level of opening up under the background of international and domestic circulations,to establish the value of the"Made in China"brand,and to gradually open up policy recommendations in accordance with different service sectors.
