上橄榄外侧核兴奋-抑制性信号整合研究进展 被引量:1

The research progress of excitatory and inhibitory inputs of lateral superior olive

摘要 上橄榄外侧核为声源定位强度差线索信息的主要编码场所。虽然上橄榄外侧核内存在7种不同形态的神经元,但依据其功能学特点,学者们将此核团神经元分为两类:外侧橄榄耳蜗核神经元和主神经元。其中主神经元负责编码声源信息,接受来自同侧的兴奋性投射和对侧的抑制性投射。在发育过程中,兴奋和抑制两通路的优化同时进行,优化核团结构,使强度差的编码更加精确。当听觉被剥夺后,无论是单侧还是双侧,核团功能和主神经元形态都会发生改变,从而影响声源定位的编码能力。本文将就上橄榄外侧核兴奋-抑制性信号整合研究进展进行综述。
