微波联合针刺治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床研究

Clinical Observation of Microwave Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的观察微波联合针刺治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法选取2019年5月—2020年5月在山西省中医院针灸科门诊治疗的周围性面神经麻痹病人180例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将病人分为对照组与观察组,每组90例。对照组采用针刺治疗,观察组采用微波联合针刺治疗,比较两组临床疗效、House-Brackmann(H-B)面神经功能分级、面神经功能评分。结果对照组总有效率为89.8%,观察组总有效率为98.9%,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后H-B面神经功能分级、面神经功能评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微波联合针刺治疗可明显改善周围性面神经麻痹病人H-B面神经功能分级、面神经功能评分,提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of microwave combined with acupuncture in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods One hundred and eighty outpatients with peripheral facial paralysis treated in the Outpatient Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of Shanxi Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 90 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated with acupuncture,and the patients in observation group were treated with microwave combined with acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,House-Brackmann(H-B)facial nerve function grade and facial nerve function score were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(98.9%and 89.8%,P<0.05).After treatment,the H-B facial nerve function grade and facial nerve function score in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Microwave combined with acupuncture can significantly improve facial nerve function grading and facial nerve function score in patients with peripheral facial paralysis.
