基于季节性负载缺电概率比的独立微电网容量优化配置 被引量:2

摘要 供电可靠性和经济性是独立微电网系统容量优化配置中的关键问题,需要结合当地的天气状况和自然资源对微电网系统的容量进行优化设计,选取最优的容量配置方案。提出一种基于季节性负载缺电概率比的独立微电网系统容量优化配置方法,该方法考虑可再生能源季节性分布特点,在全年负载缺电率基础上引入季节性负载缺电概率比,并将其作为供电可靠性约束条件,以微电网系统年度平均成本最小为优化目标,利用遗传算法求解各发电单元的最优容量配置。结果表明,引入季节性负载缺电概率比后,系统根据可再生能源季节性分布特点进行最优配置,提高了微电网系统供电的可靠性,可以为含风光柴储的独立微电网容量优化配置提供参考。 Power supply reliability and economy are key issues in the optimal configuration of independent microgrid system capacity.It is necessary to optimize the capacity of the microgrid system in combination with local weather conditions and natural resources,and to select the optimal capacity configuration plan.It proposes an independent microgrid power supply capacity optimization configuration method based on the seasonal load shortage probability ratio.This method takes into account the seasonal distribution characteristics of renewable energy and introduces the seasonal load shortage probability on the basis of the annual load shortage rate.It is used as the constraint condition of power supply reliability,the optimization goal is to minimize the average annual cost of the microgrid system,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimal capacity configuration of each power generation unit.The results show that after introducing the seasonal load power shortage probability ratio,the system can be optimally configured according to the seasonal distribution characteristics of renewable energy,improving the power supply reliability of the microgrid system,and providing a reference for the optimal configuration of independent microgrid capacity including wind and solar energy.
