摘要
以北京市1066位中小学教师为样本,考察教师学习动机、学习活动方式、学习内容等方面的现状,探查教师学习的影响因素与专业学习需求。结果显示北京市中小学教师学习的内部动机较强,而外部动机表现得较弱;有助于教师学习的活动形式主要为自主学习、校内教研与“师带徒”活动、跨校教研活动以及市区校教师培训项目。教育改革形势与发展趋势、所教学科的教学方法和教师职业道德与理想等学习内容对教师的影响较大。阻碍教师学习的最主要因素是缺乏学习时间与自主选择权。研究建议一是要切实减轻教师负担,营造良好的教育教学与教师学习环境;二是要激发教师的学习动机,促进教师主动学习;三是要建构自主、合作、信任的学校文化,为教师学习营造和谐的学校生态。
Taking 1066 primary and secondary school teachers in Beijing as a sample,this study investigates the current situation of teachers’learning motivation,learning forms and learning content,and explores the factors influencing teachers’learning and teachers’professional learning needs.It finds that the internal motivation of primary and secondary school teachers in Beijing is strong,while the external motivation is weak;that the main forms of activities that contribute to teachers’learning are independent learning,in-school teaching-and-research and“master-disciple pairing”activities,cross-school teaching-and-research activities and the urban school teacher training programs.The situation and development trend of the educational reform,the teaching methods of subject teaching and teachers’professional ethics and ideals have a greater influence on teachers.The most important factor hindering teachers’learning is the lack of learning time and independent choice.Suggestions are put forwards as follows:the first is to effectively reduce the burden on teachers,and to create a good educating-and-teaching and learning environments for teachers;the second is to stimulate teachers’learning motivation and to promote teachers’active learning;the third is to construct a school culture of independence,cooperation and trust and to create a harmonious school ecology for teachers’learning.
