摘要
劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育制度的重要内容,直接决定社会主义建设者和接班人的劳动精神面貌、劳动价值取向和劳动技能水平。单一学校实施劳动教育面临的困境,以及大中小学教育一体化和劳动教育区域特色形成的现实需求,均要求以区域为单位落实与推进劳动教育。劳动教育区域推进应以市域为单位,组建“内生力”与“外推力”合一的推进主体和健全的组织机构,明晰区域推进的目标与方案,设置多层次、多样性的劳动教育课程,推动各组织机构的协调,创新劳动教育评价。同时,要形成包括专任师资、资源和环境氛围在内的劳动教育保障体系。
Labor education is an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics,which directly determines the labor spirit,labor value orientation and labor skill level of the socialist builders and successors.The difficulties faced by a single school in the implementation of labor education,as well as the actual needs of the integration of higher education,primary and secondary education and the formation of the regional characteristics of labor education,require the implementation and advancement of labor education in a regional unit.The regional labor education should be advanced with the city as a unit.Each region should establish a advancing body and a sound organization that integrates the“internal force”and the“external thrust”,clarify the goals and plans of the regional advancement,set up multi-level and diversified labor education courses,promote the coordination of various organizations,and innovate the evaluation of labor education.At the same time,it is necessary to establish a labor education guarantee system including full-time teachers,resources and environmental atmosphere.
