Fire Suppression and Safety Protection Design of Lithium Battery Energy Storage Power Station

青海、江苏、湖南等地锂电池储能电站相继投运,为我国储能电站的发展提供了宝贵的实践经验。但与储能电站规模化推广应用现状不匹配的是,锂电池储能电站中储能消防配置标准偏低,缺乏统一的设计规范和准则。介绍了储能在构建新型电力系统中的重要性;进而对储能设备选型、系统设计、运维管理等方面的标准进行梳理;依据消防相关法律法规及文件标准,结合储能电站实际情况,研究大型锂电池储能电站消防安全提升措施。

Lithium battery energy storage power stations in Qinghai,Jiangsu and Hunan have been put into operation,which provides valuable practical experience for the development of energy storage power stations in China.However,what does not match the current situation of large-scale promotion and application of energy storage power stations is that the confi guration standard of energy storage and fi re protection in lithium battery energy storage power stations is low,and there is a lack of unifi ed design specifi cations and guidelines.Firstly,this paper introduces the importance of energy storage in the construction of new power system;Then sort out the standards of energy storage equipment selection,system design,operation and maintenance management,etc;According to the relevant laws,regulations and document standards on fi re protection,and in combination with the actual situation of energy storage power station,the fi re safety improvement measures of large lithium battery energy storage power station are studied.
