基于高可靠性无缝冗余网络(HSR)的双环形电网区域备自投系统研究

摘要 中压配电网为了提高供电可靠性,常使用环形电网结构,对于此型电网结构,常规备自投无法实现环形电网失电后的快速恢复供电。采用实时交换数据、实时判别、实时控制的思想,基于高可靠性无缝冗余网络(HSR),提出一种可以适用于双环形电网结构的区域备自投系统。介绍了区域备自投系统架构、逻辑控制策略和电网发生故障后区域备自投系统的动作行为,双环形电网结构区域备自投系统逻辑控制策略的研究对其他特殊电网结构区域备自投系统的研究也具有良好的借鉴意义。 In order to improve the reliability of power supply,the medium-voltage distribution network often uses a ring-shaped grid structure.For this type of grid structure,conventional standby automatic switching cannot realize the rapid restoration of power supply after the ring-shaped grid loses power.Adopting the ideas of real-time data exchange,real-time discrimination,and real-time control,based on the highly reliable seamless redundant network(HSR),a regional backup automatic switching system that can be applied to the dual-ring power grid structure is proposed.Introduced the regional backup automatic switching system architecture,logic control strategy and the action behavior of the regional backup automatic switching system after a grid failure.The study of the logic control strategy of the regional backup automatic switching system of the dual-ring grid structure is applicable to other special grid structure regional backup automatic switching systems.The research also has good reference signifi cance.
