断路器控制回路断线故障分析及改进措施

摘要 对某变电站3台VTP1-12型断路器的控制回路断线故障进行了分析,原因均为断路器长期热备用时闭锁电磁铁长时间通电,引起线圈发热烧损、闭锁微动开关接点失效。在分析断路器闭锁原理的基础上,给出了闭锁回路的改进措施及实现方法,改造后不影响断路器闭锁功能的完整性。 A control loop disconnection fault of three VTP1-12 circuit breakers in a substation are analyzed,the reason is that its blocking electromagnet is energized for a long time when the circuit breaker is hot standby for a long time,which leading to the coil is heated and burned,and the contact of the blocking micro switch fails.Based on the analysis of the blocking principle of the circuit breaker,the improvement measures and implementation methods of the blocking circuit are given,and the integrity of the blocking function of the circuit breaker will not be affected after the modifi cation.
