随着市场经济体系的不断发展,带动了电力企业内部管理的创新。对企业来说,物资管理工作是其发展重要环节。由于传统物资管理方法已不能满足时代发展实际要求,因此要对电力企业进行了重大变革。基于此,简要阐述了目前我国现代电力企业在物资经营管理中的意义和重要性,针对目前我国在现代电力企业物资经营管理中普遍存在的一些突出问题进行具体论述,并提出了优化对策。

With the continuous development of market economy system,the innovation of internal management of power enterprises is driven.For enterprises,material management is an important link in their development.Because the traditional material management methods can no longer meet the actual requirements of the development of the times,great changes should be made to power enterprises.Based on this,this paper fi rst briefl y and fully expounds the signifi cance and importance of China’s modern power enterprises in material management,makes a specifi c discussion on some prominent problems commonly existing in China’s modern power enterprises’material management,and puts forward optimization countermeasures.
