基于运维管控的特高压电网发展研究

摘要 高压变电站工程是国网响应党和国家发展清洁能源的重要载体,是十三五规划中的重要内容,是国家实现西电东送的战略目标的实施,更是区域之间的互相联通,推动电力资源的优化配置。对“特高压”工程建设运维金相分析,从特高压北京东站建设运维的基本情况和具体步骤分析,解决相关的工作隐患,然后提出针对性的策略深化闭环过程管控,借助相关的方法,帮助特高压工程建设运维导向性实现更好的发展。 The high-voltage substation project is an important carrier for the State Grid to respond to the Party and the country’s development of clean energy,is an important content in the 13th Five-Year Plan,is the implementation of the strategic goal of power transmission from west to east at national time,and is the interconnection between regions,which promotes the optimal allocation of power resources.In this paper,the metallographic analysis of UHV project construction operation and maintenance,the basic situation and specifi c steps of UHV Beijing East Railway Station construction operation and maintenance are analyzed,the related hidden dangers are solved,and then targeted strategies are put forward to deepen the closed-loop process management and control,with the help of relevant methods,to help UHV project construction operation and maintenance to achieve better development.
