为提高企业线下审批业务的工作效率,有效地管理和统计相关的审批资料,设计了基于审批工作流引擎的流程助手系统。该系统通过建立适应各部门业务需求的审批流程,结合了流程中的人、事件、表单、应用界面等实现公司内部的高效审批。系统通过自定义审批内容、审批节点、审批人员和审批模板等功能实现各类审批业务的在线处理,极大简化原有的线下审批流程。系统在电网公司内部得到应用,并获得可靠的评估结果,系统的实用性得到了证实。

The application project of process assistant system based on the approval workflow engine can realize the online processing of all kinds of approval business and greatly simplify the approval process.The management personnel of the business department can design the approval process by themselves according to the business needs,and set the approval nodes and personnel.During the approval process,the system can remind the corresponding approval personnel by means of collaborative office backlog events,SMS,etc.Make it convenient,effi cient and fast.
