风电机组变桨油缸防漏技术研究

摘要 风电机组变桨油缸系统技术中,主要采用液压驱动方式,实现风电机组桨叶的变化。按照华电歌美飒G87CS-2 MW风电机组的实际操作要求,变桨控制系统由位置传感器与三个液压缸组成,它们安装在轮毂前部分且通过叶片轴承的半月板与叶片连接,通过活塞运动来实现变桨。变桨系统是叶片围绕其纵轴旋转,使其角度位置调节对着风。机舱内的液压装置为变桨油缸提供动力,以便移动液压缸。风电机组在生产时,这个位置将由功率和控制策略确定。歌美飒G87CS-2 MW风电机自2013年投产以来,变桨系统的油缸漏油问题直接影响风电机的安全可靠运行,降低了风电机组的可利用率,且增大了运维的难度。通过防漏技术手段改变变桨油缸的构造,来避免变桨油缸漏油的发生。 In the technology of wind turbine pitch cylinder system,hydraulic drive is mainly used to realize the change of wind turbine blades.According to the actual operation requirements of Huadian gomeisa g87cs-2 mw wind turbine,the pitch control system is composed of position sensors and three hydraulic cylinders,which are installed in the front part of the hub and connected with the blade through the meniscus of the blade bearing.Pitch is achieved by piston movement.Pitch system is that the blade rotates around its longitudinal axis to adjust its angular position against the wind.The hydraulic device in the engine room provides power for the pitch cylinder to move the hydraulic cylinder.When the wind turbine is in production,this position will be determined by the power and control strategy.Since COMESA g87cs-2 mw wind turbine was put into operation in 2013,the oil leakage of the oil cylinder of the pitch system has a direct impact on the safe and reliable operation of the wind turbine.It greatly reduces the availability of wind turbines and increases the diffi culty of operation and maintenance.The structure of pitch cylinder is changed by means of leak proof technology to avoid oil leakage of pitch cylinder.
