摘要
目前电缆行业的主流生产模式还是以人工为主。生产过程中的主辅料、半成品、成品等均由员工手推或者使用液压车转移,不仅体力劳动繁重而且效率低下。为解决这一问题,提出在电缆生产车间内应用AGV(自动导引车),替代人工完成车间内生产全过程所需主辅材料的转运、存储、供给等全部物流工作。研究项目在一个特种电缆生产车间内进行,共布置了3种车型15台激光导航AGV来完成车间内物料自动流转。然后分析对比AGV搬运和员工手动搬运两种模式在电缆生产车间内的优劣性。对比之后结论如下:激光导航AGV能够在电缆生产车间内完成物料流转;在使用AGV后,周转区各种规格物料储量增加1倍多,有效地减少了车间一线员工人数和劳动强度。研究表明,AGV在电缆制造行业具有较高适用性,能够为电缆行业的智能化建设提供强有力的支撑。
At present,the mainstream production mode of the cable industry is still based on manual labor.In the production process,the main and auxiliary materials,semi-fi nished products,and fi nished products are all transferred by the employees by hand or using hydraulic vehicles,which is not only heavy manual labor but also ineffi cient.In order to solve this problem,it is proposed to apply AGV(Automatic Guided Vehicle)in the cable production workshop,instead of manually completing all the logistics tasks such as the transfer,storage,and supply of the main and auxiliary materials required for the whole production process in the workshop.The research project was carried out in a special cable production workshop.A total of 15 laser navigation AGVs were arranged for 3 types of vehicles to complete the automatic fl ow of materials in the workshop.Then analyze and compare the pros and cons of the two modes of AGV handling and manual handling by employees in the cable generation workshop.After the comparison,the conclusion is as follows:The laser navigation AGV can complete the material fl ow in the cable production workshop;after using the AGV,the material storage of various specifi cations in the turnover area has more than doubled,effectively reducing the number of front-line employees and labor intensity in the workshop.The research shows that AGV has high applicability in the cable manufacturing industry and can provide strong support for the intelligent construction of the cable industry.
