摘要
近年来,国内多起事故都是由于耐张线夹压接质量问题所产生,液压型耐张线夹作为输电线路中的关键部件,若施工工艺出现问题会危及整个电网的安全稳定运行。根据液压型耐张线夹压接区与不压区的比例关系等外观要素,研发了液压型耐张线夹压接工艺检测系统,并采用该检测系统对六种不同型号的液压型耐张线夹进行试验检测以及X射线检测验证,结果表明:液压型耐张线夹夹压接工艺检测系统可有效检测压接是否合格,检测系统错误识别率为100%,正确识别率为83.3%。
In recent years,many accidents in China are caused by the quality problem of tension cable clamp.The hydraulic tension cable clamp,as the key part of the transmission line,will endanger the safe and stable operation of the whole power grid.According to the proportional relationship of hydraulic tension clamp and pressure,the testing system is tested and X-ray test.The test results show that the test system can effectively detect whether the clamp is qualifi ed,the error detection rate is 100%and the correct identifi cation rate is 83.3%.
