摘要
在中国“一带一路”倡议和“走出去”政策的引导下,越来越多的中国企业走出国门,参与到国际工程承包市场中去。要想在竞争激烈的国际市场上求得生存,除了不断拓展经营版图、完善市场布局外,更要重视在当地的滚动发展。属地化管理是对外承包企业实现扎根经营、滚动发展的重要措施手段。本文以投资环境规范、法律制度健全的阿联酋迪拜为背景,依托某建筑企业迪拜公司在当地多年深耕发展的管理实践经验,介绍了在海外开展属地化经营的管理思路和常用措施,可为中国企业在国际市场开展属地化管理提供参考和借鉴。
Under the guidance of China’s BRI and“Going Global”policy,more and more Chinese enterprises are going abroad to participate in the international project contracting market.In order to survive in the competitive international market,in addition to expanding their business territory and improving market layout,they should pay more attention to rolling development in the local area.Localization management is an important measure for foreign contracting enterprises to achieve rooted operation and rolling development.The article took Dubai,UAE,which has a standardized investment environment and sound legal system,as the background,and relied on the management practice experience of a construction company in Dubai,which has been developing in the local market for many years,and introduced the management ideas of localization operation overseas,which could provide reference for Chinese enterprises to carry out localized management in the international market.
