突出实践性的高校青年马克思主义者培养工程实施对策

Implementation Measures of the Training Project for Young Marxists in Colleges and Universities Featured Practicality

高校在实施和推进青年马克思主义者培养工程过程中,面临实践机会少且形式缺乏创新、实践内容不能有效激发学员热情、实践过程中学员不愿主动思考等关于实践方面的问题。深入研究这些问题,制定相应的解决对策,对进一步提升青年马克思主义者培养工程实施效率和质量具有指导性意义。结合武汉科技大学“青马扶贫讲习云服务”实践项目的成功经验,提出调整实践内容、突出实践导向、拓展实践路径、明确实践目的等针对实践的措施,助力高校青年马克思主义者培养工程高效有序推进。

In the process of implementing and promoting the training project for Young Marxists,colleges and universities are faced with some practical problems,such as the few opportunities for practice and lack of innovation in form,the fact that the content of practice cannot effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of students,and the students are unwilling to think actively in the process of practice.It is instructive to further improve the efficiency and quality of the training project for young Marxists by studying these problems and formulating corresponding solutions.Based on the successful experience of the cloud service practice project of Young Marxists Poverty Alleviation Seminar in Wuhan University of Science and Technology,the paper put forward some practical measures,such as adjusting the practice content,highlighting the practice orientation,expanding the practice path,and clarifying the practice purpose,to help promote the training project of young Marxists in colleges and universities in an efficient and orderly way.
