摘要
高校大学生就业越来越成为我国社会稳定的重要影响因素,是党和国家重点关注的民生问题。本文围绕构建高校智慧就业生态系统从而提升高校大学生就业能力这条主线,以高校智慧就业服务为研究对象,对100所高校的智慧就业平台进行调查,梳理出高校智慧就业服务的3种典型模式,从中发现高校智慧就业存在发展失衡、功能条块化明显,参与主体单一等问题。针对这一现状,本文在理论分析基础上构建高校智慧就业生态系统理论模型,并从外部资源整合、信息交互平台建设和就业指导团队建设三方面提出构建高校智慧就业生态系统的实践策略。
The employment of college students has increasingly become an important factor affecting the social stability of our country,which is the livelihood issue of the party and the state.This paper focused on the construction of smart employment ecosystem in colleges and universities to increase the employability of college students.Taking smart employment service in universities as the research object,this paper investigated the smart employment platforms in 100 colleges and universities,and sorted out three typical modes of smart employment service.It is found that the development of smart employment in colleges and universities is unbalanced,and the function of smart employment is obvious,and the participants are scare.In view of this situation,this paper constructed a theoretical model of smart employment ecosystem in colleges and universities on the basis of theoretical analysis,and put forward practical strategies from three aspects of external resource integration,information interaction platform construction and employment guidance team construction.
