党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央立足党和国家事业发展的全局,高度重视思想政治工作,强调思想政治工作的“生命线”地位,对思想政治工作提出了一系列新思想、新观点、新论断。对新时代思想政治工作的地位作用、根本任务、重点内容、基本原则、基本方法、队伍建设和领导管理等一系列基本理论问题进行了创新性的探索,有力地推动了思想政治工作的理论发展,并积累了丰富的理论创新经验尊重社会主要矛盾转变的客观现实;坚持“以人民为中心”的发展思想;践行继承与创新并举的价值理念等。

Since the eighteen Party Congress,the Central Committee of the CPC,with the core of general secretary Xi Jinping,is based on the overall situation of the development of the party and the state,attaches great importance to ideological and political work,consolidating the“lifeline”status of Ideological and political work,and has put forward a series of new ideas,new viewpoints and new judgments for ideological and political work,especially on the role and fundamental tasks of the ideological and political work in the new era.Many innovative explorations have been made on the basic theoretical issues such as key contents,basic principles,basic methods,team construction and leadership management,which has greatly promoted the theoretical development of Ideological and political work and accumulated rich theoretical innovation experience.These theoretical innovation experiences lie in:respecting the objective reality of the transformation of the main social contradictions;Adhere to the development thought of“taking the people as the center”;Practice the value concept of both inheritance and innovation.
