摘要
对设计并应用于云南某高海拔地区的550kVGIS套管进行抗震性能分析,参照设计图纸构建三维模型,利用模态分析确定套管设计结构的固有频率和振型,对套管施加内部压力、风载荷及静态端子负荷,采用响应谱分析计算出套管在AG5水平下各零部件的位移与应力。计算结果表明,所设计的550kVGIS套管安全系数满足AG5水平要求,可以安全使用,但套管顶部均压环位移相对较大,应充分考虑预留顶端导线接线长度。
This article evaluated the structural seismic performance of 550kV GIS casing,which was designed and applied in a high altitude area in Yunnan province.This research constructed a three-dimensional model.It determined the natural frequency and vibration mode of the casing design structure by analyzing this model.The internal pressure,wind load,and static terminal load have been applied to the casing.This paper calculated the displacement and stress of each part of the casing under the AG5 level by using the response spectrum analysis.The calculation results show that the safety factor of 550kV GIS casing meets the requirements of the AG5 level.However,the displacement of the grading ring at the top of the casing is relatively large,so it is necessary to consider the wire connection length at the top.
