摘要 固定支撑作为刚性气体绝缘输电线路(GIL)柔性补偿段的分割界线且具有克服盲板力的特性,极大地影响GIL运行的安全性及可靠性。利用Workbench软件对固定支撑进行力学分析,寻找薄弱环节,并进行结构优化,从而获得满足需求的支撑结构。经过对该固定支撑及GIL壳体进行试生产、组装并进行力学试验,结果表明,该固定支撑结构及加工工艺能够满足工程需要,为长距离GIL固定支撑设计提供了参考依据。 Fixed support has the characteristics of overcoming the blind plate force for the dividing line of the flexible compensation section of a rigid gas-insulated transmission line(GIL),It also affects the safety and reliability of GIL operation simultaneously.This paper used Workbench to perform mechanical analysis on the fixed bracket,found the weak links,and optimized the structure to obtain a bracket structure that meets the needs.The results show that the structure and processing technology of the fixed support and GIL cylinder leg can meet the needs of certain projects after trial production,assembly and mechanical test of the fixed support and GIL shell.It also provides a reference basis for the fixed support design of long-distance GIL.
