电加热辅助水平井吞吐可行性与油井工艺设计 被引量:1

Feasibility of Electric Heating Assisted Steam Huff-Puff to Horizontal Wells and Corresponding Oil Well Process Design

摘要 针对国内稠油水平井吞吐常规区水平段动用平均不到50%,吞吐产油量和采出程度偏低,增产提效潜力大的现状,开展电加热辅助水平井吞吐可行性研究和加热工艺优化设计。首先选择了典型油藏参数建立油藏数值模型,在此基础上开展了不同改善水平段动用程度的新技术对比,优选了电加热辅助水平井吞吐的新方法,并对电加热协同注蒸汽关机机理进行表征,对油藏地质界限进行了多因素计算,对电加热油井工艺管柱结构开展了优化设计,并利用典型井组进行了生产效果预测。预测结果表明,采用电加热以后水平段动用程度从73%提高到89%,吞吐采收率提高8.1个百分点,油汽比提高近0.08,为水平吞吐井大幅提高采收率储备了关键技术。 The average recovery degree of horizontal section of horizontal heavy oil wells in conventional huff-puff areas of China is less than 50%,so the huff-puff oil production and recovery degree are low,and there is a great potential in increasing production and efficiency.Therefore,the feasibility of electric heating assisted horizontal well huff-puff technology and the optimization of heating process are studied.Firstly,the reservoir numerical model is established using typical reservoir parameters.On this basis,the different new technologies to improve the recovery degree of horizontal section of horizontal heavy oil well are compared,and the electric heating assisted horizontal well huff-puff technology is determined as optimal new technology.The key mechanism of the electric heating assisted huff-puff technology is characterized,the geological boundary of multiple reservoir factors is calculated,and the process pipe string structure of electric heating oil well is optimized.The application effect of the new technology in typical well group is predicted,and it is shown that after using electric heating,the recovery degree of the horizontal section is increased from 73%to 89%,the huff-puff recovery factor is increased by 8.1 percentage points,and the oil-to-steam ratio is increased by nearly 0.08,which reserves the key technology for greatly enhancing the recovery factor of horizontal huff-puff wells.
