摘要
以铝铜合金作为实验材料,开展了不同冷速对磁场条件下铸锭成分及表面加工质量的作用规律研究。结果表明:在模铸条件下近似定向凝固的冷却方式,能够显著提高铸锭的表面质量,降低铸锭内部的孔隙率,进而提高铸锭的整体铸造质量。
Aluminum-copper alloy was acted as the experimental material and the effect of cooling speed on the composition and surface quality of aluminum ingots was studied.The results show that the cooling method of approximate directional solidification under molding conditions can significantly improve the surface quality of the ingot,reduce the porosity rate inside the ingot,and thus improve the overall casting quality of the ingot.
