摘要
应用TCH600氧氮分析仪测定氮化铬中氮含量,通过条件优化试验,建立了氮化铬中氮含量的测定方法。采用此方法测定氮化铬系列标准物质,其测定值与标准值较一致,且加标回收率在99.33~103.72;当测定w(N)含量在7.55(RSD,n=6)时,其变异系数为0.58。试验结果表明,该检测方法满足钢铁实验室常规检测要求。
TCH600 oxygen and hydrogen nitrogen analyzer is used to determine the content of nitrogen in chromium nitride.This method is used to determine the series of chromium nitride reference materials,and the measured values are consistent with the standard values,and the standard recoveries are between 99.33-103.72.When the N content is 7.55,the coefficient of variation is 0.58.The test results show that the method can meet the routine testing requirements of iron and steel laboratory.
