摘要
韶钢8号高炉实施高产、高煤比后,喷吹系统运行过程存在喷吹压力波动大、小套磨损多、换罐断煤、人工干预多等问题,通过对喷煤系统控制程序在原有基础上进一步优化,实现了高炉匀速喷煤,减少了煤枪堵煤次数,降低了煤粉磨损小套的概率,提高了煤粉的置换比,实现煤枪堵塞自动清理。
There are many problems in the operation process of the injection system after the implementation of high production and high coal ratio for BF#8 at SGIS,such as large fluctuation of injection pressure,more wearing of the small sleeve,coal conveying interruption in the replacement of the coal tank,and more manual intervention,etc.After the further optimization based on the original control program of coal injection system,the uniform speed coal injection has been realized,the times of coal blocking by coal lance has been reduced,the probability of coal powder wearing small sleeve has been reduced,and the replacement ratio of coal powder has been increased.The automatic cleaning of coal lance blocking has been realized.
