糖尿病足溃疡护理管理的最佳证据总结

Summary of the best evidences for nursing management of diabetic foot ulcers

目的:检索并评价糖尿病足溃疡病人护理管理的相关证据,并总结最佳证据。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、EMbase、Web of Science、Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)循证卫生保健中心数据库、Up to Date、the Cochrane Library、中国指南网、英国指南网、国际糖尿病足工作组官网(International Working Group on the Diabetic Foot,IWGDF)及英国国家卫生和临床技术优化研究所(NICE)中关于糖尿病足溃疡护理管理的指南、专家共识、证据总结、系统评价、Meta分析及原始研究。检索时限为2016年1月—2021年3月。对纳入的文献质量进行评价,并对符合质量标准的文献进行证据提取。结果:共纳入13篇文献,包括4篇指南,1篇专家共识,1篇系统评价、1篇Meta分析、6篇临床随机对照试验,总结了14条最佳证据。结论:在现有证据基础上总结了糖尿病足溃疡护理管理的最佳证据,在临床护理工作中使用证据时,护理人员应根据病人不同情况选择适当的证据,促使病人获得良好的临床结局,提高生活质量。

Objective:To retrieve and evaluate the relevant evidences for nursing management of patients with diabetic foot ulcers and summarize the best evidences.Methods:Guidelines,expert consensus,evidence summaries,systematic reviews,Meta-analysis,and original researches on nursing management of diabetic foot ulcers were searched from CNKI,CBM,PubMed,EMbase,Web of Science,Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)Evidence-Based Health Care Center Database,Up to Date,the Cochrane Library,China Guide Network,British Guide Internet,and International Working Group on the Diabetic Foot(IWGDF)and NICE.The retrieval time was from January 2016 to March 2021.Evaluate the quality of the included literature,and extract evidence from the literature that meets the quality standards.Results:A total of 13 articles were included,involved 4 guidelines,1 expert consensus,1 systematic review,1 Meta analysis,and 6 clinical randomized controlled trials,the 14 best pieces of evidences are summarized.Conclusion:Summarized the best evidence for the nursing management of diabetic foot ulcers on the basis of current evidences.When using the evidences in clinical nursing work,nursing staff should select appropriate evidences according to different conditions of patient′s,so as to promote the patient to obtain good clinical outcomes and improve the quality of life.
