产科护士母婴皮肤接触知信行量表的编制及信效度检验

Development of knowledge-belief-practice scale for obstetrics nurse of skin-to-skin contact between mother and infant and its reliability and validity test

目的:构建产科护士母婴皮肤接触知信行量表,并检验其信效度。方法:以知信行理论为指导,广泛查阅文献并结合德尔菲专家函询,构建量表条目池。通过对568名产科护士进行问卷调查,检验量表的信效度。结果:最终形成的产科护士母婴皮肤接触知信行量表包括知识、信念、行为3个维度,共31个条目。总量表和各维度的Cronbach′sα系数分别为0.801,0.846,0.733,0.814,分半信度系数分别为0.759,0.863,0.863,0.726;内容效度分别为0.951,0.931,0.923,1.000;经探索性因子分析从各维度中分别提取6个、2个、1个公因子,累计贡献率分别为56.772%、84.030%、76.600%。结论:产科护士母婴皮肤接触知信行量表具有良好的信度和效度,可作为测评产科护士知信行水平的有效工具。

Objective:To construct knowledge-belief-practice scale for obstetric nurses of skin-to-skin contact between mother and infant and test its reliability and validity.Methods:The scale was based on the frame work of KBP theory,combining the extensive literature review and the Delphi expert consultation.568 obstetric nurses were investigated by questionnaire to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Results:Final knowledge-belief-practice scale for obstetric nurses of skin-to-skin contact between mother and infant included knowledge,belief and practice three dimensions,with a total of 31 items.The Cronbach′s α coefficients of the total scale and each subscales were 0.801,0.846,0.733,0.814,respectively.The split-half test reliability was 0.759,0.863,0.863,0.726,respectively.The content validity of the total scale and each subscales was 0.951,0.931,0.923,1.000,respectively.Exploratory factor analysis was used to extract 6,2 and 1 common factors from each subscales respectively,the cumulative contribution rate was 56.772%,84.030%,76.600%.Conclusion:The knowledge-belief-practice scale for obstetric nurses of skin-to-skin contact between mother and infant had good reliability and validity.It can be used as an effective tool to evaluate the level of knowledge-belief-practic skin-to-skin contact in obstetric nurses.
