摘要
“国培计划”——新疆乡村教师访名校项目——初中体育班是中西部骨干教师集中培训项目下设的子项目,该项目于2019年1月3-22日在新疆师范大学体育学院进行了为期20天的培训工作。其培训是以乡村初中体育教师为培养对象,运用问卷调查、实地调查和访谈等研究方法,对新疆乡村体育教师访名校项目培训实施情况进行了较为深入的调查分析。结果表明:(1)只有少部分学员是教龄为3年以下的新教师,近三年有1/3学员至少参加过一次自治区级或以上的相关教师培训,与文件中学员遴选要求有一定差距;(2)培训内容、培训方式等符合参训学员需求,同时承训单位的师资、教学设施以及后勤服务保障也得到了参训学员的高度认可;(3)对培训学员采用参与过程与考试结果相结合的评价,认为培训还需完善综合系统的评价方式;(4)培训团队有50%的授课教师来自中学一线教学名师,在很大程度上发挥了培训师资的作用,达到了最优的培训效果。文章针对以上存在的问题提出了优化建议,以期为进一步提高乡村体育教师的培训质量提供理论依据和实际参考。
“National Training Program”-the projects of visiting famous schools for Xinjiang rural physical teachers is a sub-project of the central and western backbone teacher training projects.The project was carried out in Xinjiang Normal University Sports College from 3rd to 22nd January,2019.The training targets are rural junior middle school physical teachers.By using research methods such as questionnaires,field investigations,and inter-views,the training conduct a in-depth analysis of the implementation of visiting famous schools for Xinjiang rural physical teachers.The results of this investigation are as follows:Firstly,only a small number of students are new teachers who have been teaching for less than 3 years.In the past three years,one third students have participated in at least one relevant teacher training at the autonomous district level or above,which is somewhat different from the requirements for student selection in the document.Secondly,the training contents and methods meet the needs of the trainees.At the same time,the teachers,teaching facilities and logistical service guarantee of the training unit have also been highly recognized by the trainees.Thirdly,the evaluation and feedback of the combination of the par-ticipation process and the examination results adopted by the trainees,and the results of the training still need to im-prove the evaluation method of the comprehensive system.Forthly,50%of the teachers in the training team come from first-line teaching teachers in middle schools,which have played the role of trainers to a large extent to achieve the best training effect.Aiming at the existing problems,a set of optimization suggestions are put forward in order to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for further improving the training quality of rural physical education teachers.
