新疆师范大学足球选修课“翻转课堂”教学模式研究 被引量:4

摘要 本研究将“翻转课堂”教学模式应用于新疆师范大学公共足球教学中,选取新疆师范大学公共选修足球课学生为研究对象,采用文献资料法、教学实验法、实验法和数理分析法等,验证该教学模式在高校足球教学中的应用效果,考查学生在实验前后的身体素质、足球技术、足球理论基础等方面的变化情况,为“翻转课堂”教学模式在高校体育教学中的应用与推广提供参考。“翻转课堂”教学模式可以应用在高校公共足球教学中,甚至可以积极尝试运用于专业足球训练和教学。然而,不能将传统教学模式和翻转课堂教学模式完全分开来看待,“翻转课堂”教学模式和传统教学模式缺一不可,两者互为补充。 This research applies the“Flipped Classroom”teaching model to the Xinjiang Normal University public football teaching,selecting students of public elective football course in Xinjiang Normal University as the re⁃search object,using the methods of literature,teaching experiment,experiment and mathematical analysis,etc.,to verify the application effect of this teaching model in college football teaching,and to investigate the changes of stu⁃dents’physical quality,football skills and football theory before and after the experiment,in order to turn over class⁃room teaching,the application and popularization of learning model in college physical education can provide refer⁃ence.The“Flipped Classroom”teaching mode can be applied to the public football teaching in colleges and univer⁃sities,and can even try the professional football training and teaching actively.However,the traditional teaching mode,mode and turn over classroom teaching mode can not be completely separated,“Flipped Classroom”teaching mode and traditional teaching mode are indispensable,both complement each other.
