摘要
“互联网+”时代正颠覆着无数传统行业商业模式。自2016年马云提出“新零售”以来,意味着这种新的零售业态将成为时代焦点,新理论、新技术、新思维随之不断涌现。校园群体具有强大的消费能力,是发展新零售尤为重要的一块宝地,新零售的线上线下联动形成零售全渠道同时又超越零售边界。然如今校园新零售仍然面临诸多问题,校园零售仍需转变商业模式来优化经营策略,需要统筹各方面资源调配整合。通过进一步阐述新零售的概念和模式,探究“互联网+”时代背景下企业该如何进行校园新零售商业模式创新,并对发展校园新零售提供一些建议。
"Internet plus"era is subverting numerous traditional business models.Since Ma Yun put forward the idea of"new retail"in 2016,it means that this new retail format will become the focus of the times,and new theories,new technologies and new ideas continue to emerge.Campus groups have strong consumption potential and are particularly important for the development of new retail.The online and offline linkage of new retail forms an all-round retail channel and goes beyond the retail boundary.However,new campus retail still faces many problems.Campus retail still needs to change its business model to optimize its business strategy and coordinate the allocation and integration of resources in all aspects.By further expounding the concept and modle of new retail,this paper explores how enterprises should innovate the new retail business modle in the context of the Internet plus era,and provides some suggestions for developing the new campus retail.
