Visual Analysis Research Status and Frontier Trends of Managers’Empathy based on CiteSpace

管理者同理心日益成为一种影响组织管理决策和绩效的关键人格和心理特征,管理者同理心因而逐渐成为战略管理、组织行为学、领导力和营销学研究中的关键构念,受到相关领域学者的关注。运用CiteSpace软件对Web of Science核心集数据库中管理者同理心研究的357篇样本文献进行文献计量和可视化分析,对该研究的科研合作网络、共被引网络、热点关键词等进行可视化分析,总结出该领域研究的知识基础、热点和前沿趋势,以期对未来研究提供帮助。

Managers'empathy has increasingly become a key personality and psychological characteristics that affect organizational management decisions and performance.Therefore,managers'empathy has gradually become a key construct in strategic management,organizational behavior,leadership and marketing research,attracting the attention of scholars in related fields.CiteSpace software is used to conduct bibliometric and visual analysis on 357 sample literatures of managers'empathy research in the Web of Science core set database.Visual analysis is made on the research cooperation network,co-citation network and hot keywords of the research,and the knowledge base,hot spots and cutting-edge trends of the research in this field are summarized,so as to provide help for future research.
