摘要
社区是幼儿生活与交往的主要环境,以社区为基本场域开展幼儿园主题活动,可以为幼儿提供走出狭小教室的机会,让幼儿充分感知真实的自然和社会;可以为幼儿的发展提供良好的关系场域,促进幼儿探究能力与学习品质的良好发展。然而,受到传统管理观念与水平的制约,加之幼儿园课程资源开发能力不足、社区接纳与支持度不够,目前幼儿园很难以社区为基本场域组织实施高质量的主题活动。为充分发挥社区的教育价值,幼儿园应在树立时空意识、关系意识和融合意识的基础上,提升教育理念和教师专业能力,构建新型的社园合作共育机制,通过全面甄别和合理组织社区教育资源,构建科学完整的主题课程体系。
If kindergartens can take the community as the basic field for their theme activities,children will grow better in body and mind. Because of the low level of education management,resource use,and cooperation between kindergarten and community,it’s difficult for kindergartens to carry out such theme activities smoothly and keep the activities’ quality as well. Kindergartens should promote their teachers’ ability in curriculum development and their co-education level with community.
