摘要
自然资源周边城市建筑高度控制一直是城市建设发展问题的重中之重。该文以张家界永定城区作为研究对象,首先,通过调查获取市民对城市景观要素和景观节点的评价,选取永定城区视觉控制点和视线廊道,构建眺望体系,分析其山水格局现状;其次,基于视觉分析法和多因子分析法构建建筑高度限制模型和建筑高度潜力模型,构建永定城区建筑高度控制体系;然后运用GIS对视觉分析和多因子分析进行限制模型和潜力模型的叠加,并与眺望体系进行校正,得出“显山、露水”的总体建筑高度控制优化策略,以期为永定城区及其它同类型城市发展建设提供高度控制参考。
Urban building height control around natural resources has always been a top priority of urban development and construction.In this study,with Yongding City of Zhangjiajie as the research object,this paper obtained the public's evaluation of urban landscape elements and landscape points through survey,selected the visual control points and sight corridor of Yongding city to establish a distant viewing system,and analyzed the landscape pattern status;then based on the visual analysis method and multi-factor analysis method,a building height limit model and a building height potential model were built,forming the building height control system for Yongding City;and thus GIS was adopted to superimpose the two models for visual analysis and multi-factor analysis,thereby being calibrated with the distant viewing system,yielding the overall building height control optimization strategy of"unveiling scenery",which can provide a control basis for the development and construction of Yongding City and other similar cities.
