摘要
某煤码头钢管桩采用外加电流阴极保护系统保护,施工后发现无论如何调整输出电流系统均处于欠保护电位状态。为此,对外加电流阴极保护系统的电路布置、系统组件、电连接电阻、整流器电气参数等进行了详细检测。结果表明:系统存在辅助阳极部分失效、电连接电阻偏大以及整流器部分显示参数错误等故障,但整个汇流回路采用串联连接是系统失效的主要原因,连接电缆导体截面积过小更进一步加剧了系统的恶化,仿真结果也与此结论吻合。
The steel pipe piles of a coal wharf were protected by an impressed current cathodic protection system.After construction,it was found that the cathodic protection system was in a state of under-protection regardless of the adjustment of the output current.Therefore,the circuit layout,system components,electrical connection resistance and rectifier electrical parameters of the impressed current cathodic protection system were tested in detail.Results showed that the system had faults such as partial failure of the auxiliary anode,large electrical connection resistance,and incorrect display parameters of the rectifier.However,the series connection of the confluence circuit should be the main reasons for the failure of the system,and the too small cross-sectional area of the connecting cable conductor further aggravated the deterioration of the system.The simulation results were also consistent with this conclusion.
