摘要
阳极生产过程中智能化水平较低,需要引入智能制造发展理念。通过搭建炭素全流程智能管控平台,将物质与能源管理模块集成在平台上,可有效解决此类问题。通过模拟实例研究,分析单耗管理模块和能源单耗优化分析模块的理论结构框架和运行意义。结果表明,通过对于炭素厂智能化物流与能源的管控,可有效节约生产成本、提升自动化运行水平,并为炭素厂未来智能化发展指明方向和夯实理论基础。
Intelligent manufacturing concept needs to be introduced in anode production process where the intelligent level is low.By building a carbon full-process intelligent management and control platform,and integrating the material and energy management modules on the platform,such issues can be effectively solved.The theoretical framework and operational significance of unit consumption management module and energy unit consumption optimization analysis module are analyzed through the simulation case study.The results show that the control of intelligent logistics and energy in carbon plant can effectively save production cost,improve the level of automatic operation,pointing out the direction and laying a solid theoretical foundation for the future intelligent development of carbon plant.
