风机变桨备用电源研究

摘要 风机变桨备用电源可以在风机出现失电故障时,使桨叶能够在变桨控制系统作用下顺利收桨,避免事故。本文针对目前风机变桨备用电源系统存在的问题,设计了一种采用超级电容储能模组和双向DC/DC变换器充放电控制的应急备用电源方案,具有工作温度范围广、绿色环保、易于实现状态远程监控等优点,提高了风机运行的可靠性和稳定性,节约建设成本。本文讨论了超级电容容量选取和简单有效的均压方案和电路、双闭环控制策略,仿真和实测结果验证了本方案的有效性。 Fan pitch control backup power supply can make the blades retract smoothly under the action of the variable pitch control system to avoid accidents when the fan has a power failure.In this paper,aiming at the existed problems of the fan pitch control backup power supply system,an emergency backup power supply scheme is designed adopting super-capacitor energy storage module and bidirectional DC/DC converter charge-discharge control.It has the advantages of wide operating temperature range,being eco-friendly and easy to realize remote monitoring of the state,which improve the reliability and stability of the fan operation and save the construction cost.The capacity selection of super capacitor,simple and effective voltage-sharing scheme and circuit,as well as double closed loop control strategy are discussed in this paper.The effectiveness of the scheme is verified by simulation test and actual measurement results.
