摘要
可编程控制器具有控制简单方便、可靠性高、简化电气线路等特点。针对原控制的不足及弊端,针对传统继电器控制方式进行了优化研究。由PLC为核心提出控制方案,并依据工艺需求,设备的运行情况,控制要求进行编程并加载运用。可编程控制系统主要由PLC控制箱等电气元件组成,并能够根据生产需求灵活设置运行周期。国投金城冶金有限责任公司针对吹炼电除尘器排灰特点,采用PLC控制系统代替传统的继电器控制系统。改造后该系统的改造大大降低生产劳动强度,同时也能降低动力消耗,增长设备的运行周期。
The programmable logic controller(PLC)features simple and convenient control,high reliability and simplified electrical circuit.In view of defects in the original control,studies are conducted to optimize the conventional relay control method.Control scheme is proposed with PLC as the core and programmed and loaded for application based on process requirements,equipment operation and control requirements.The control system,which mainly consists of electrical elements including the PLC control box,enables flexible configuration of operation cycle according to production requirements.As regards the dust discharge features of ESP for converting operations,SDIC Jincheng Metallurgy Co.,Ltd replaces the conventional relay control system with PLC control system.The modified system substantially reduces production labor intensity,decreases power consumption and expands equipment operation cycle.
