摘要 自20世纪末以来,我国思想政治教育理论研究从主体性逐渐转向主体间性。在主体与客体划分上出现了百家争鸣现象,导致在理论上呈现偏向受教育者主体性研究,忽视教育者主体地位及其主体性研究的趋势。而针对高校思政课教师主体性的研究较少且分散,互联网又在不断弱化高校思政课教师主体性。新时代高校思政课教师在立德树人方面责任重大。新时代增强高校思政课教师主体性的理论前提是从含义、特征、功能等方面对其进行范畴界定,现实路径是提升主体能力。 Since the end of the 20th century,the theoretical research of Ideological and political education in China has gradually shifted from subjective ideological and political education to inter subjective ideological and political education,there is a phenomenon of"a hundred schools of thought contend"in the division of the subject and object of Ideological and political education,which leads to the tendency of leaning towards the subject research of the educated and neglecting the subject status and the subject research of the educator in theory.Moreover,the research on the subjectivity of College Ideological and political teachers is less and scattered,and the Internet is constandy weakening the subjectivity of College Ideological and political teachers.In the new era,the teachers of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities have great responsibility for the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education,therefore,the theoretical premise of enhancing the subjectivity of Ideological and political teachers in Colleges and universities is to define its category from the aspects of meaning,characteristics and functions,and the practical path is to vigorously enhance the subject ability.
