The Reserch on Scientific Research Present Situation and Promoting Strategy of Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

大力开展技术技能积累与创新是时代发展赋予高职院校和教师的职责和使命,也是高职教师职业发展的需要和提升高职院校竞争力的有效途径。在广泛调研的基础上,对高职教师技术技能积累与创新的现状进行了总结,分析了高职技术技能积累与创新工作当前面临的困境及形成原因,提出了高职教师技术技能积累与创新能力的提升策略。

It is the responsibility and mission given by the new era to the higher vocational colleges and its teachers that Vigorously carry out Technical skill accumulating and innovating,it is also necessary for teacher’s vocational development and the effective method for higher vocational colleges to enhance competitiveness.Based on extensive?investigation,the present Situation of Technicalskill accumulating and innovating in higher vocational colleges is summarized,then the dilemmas and its reason are analyzed,at last,the strategy which can promote the ability of teacher and Technical skill accumulating and innovating results in higher vocational colleges is proposed.
