摘要 基于我国自然教育特征,综合自然教育行业实际情况,以促进自然教育行业健康、可持续发展为目标,建立适用于自然教育机构的评价体系。通过两轮德尔菲法专家咨询,修正、筛选评估指标并确定权重,评估指标体系包括机构愿景、机构规划、机构运营、机构内部制度建设、机构团队和机构资金等6个准则层,下设19个指标层,70个因子层;运用层次分析法,构建3个层级评价指标集,求得评估矩阵,计算得分,并用指标体系判断机构整体评估等级。用评价体系对云南自然教育机构“自然星球”评价后发现,评价结果与实际情况相符,且能对自然教育机构的发展运行情况进行判断,依据评估结果制定自然教育后续建设方案,评估指标体系的构建能为我国自然教育机构发展提供参考。 Based on the characteristics of nature education in China and combined with the actual situation of the nature education industry.Establishing an evaluation system suitable for nature education institutions with the goal of promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the nature education industry.The evaluation indexes were revised and screened through 2 rounds of Delphi experts′investigation method and the weights were determined.The evaluation index system includes 6 standard levels of organization vision,organization planning,organization operation,organization′s internal system construction,organization team,and organization funds with 19 index levels and 70 factor levels under it.Using analytic hierarchy process to construct 3 levels of evaluation index sets and calculate the evaluation matrix and scores.According to the index system to judge the overall evaluation level of the organization.After applying the evaluation system to the actual evaluation of the natural education institution′Natural Planet′in Yunnan,it was found that the evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation.It can also judge the development and operation of nature education institutions,and formulate specific plans for the follow-up construction of nature education based on the evaluation results.Therefore,the construction of the evaluation index system provides an index reference for the development of natural education institutions in China.
