河南省数字农业高质量发展的现实问题与对策建议

THE PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES OF DIGITAL AGRICULTURE HIGH QUALITY DEVELOPMENT IN HENAN PROVINCE

数字农业高质量发展是加快实现河南省农业现代化的必然选择,是推动河南省农业供给侧结构性改革的重要抓手,是实现河南省抢抓数字经济发展先机的重要途径。近年来,河南省在数字农业建设方面积极探索实践,取得了较好成效:数字农业发展顶层设计逐渐明晰,建设取得较大进展,河南省各地数字农业发展精彩纷呈。但是从总体上来说,河南省的数字农业仍然处于起步阶段,还面临一些现实问题。对此,可以从数字农业的顶层规划设计、基础设施建设、数据采集与整合应用、专业人才队伍建设等几个方面发力,推动河南省数字农业高质量发展。

Digital economy has become the commanding height of new round of global industrial competition at present.Under the background of vigorous development of global digital economy and the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy in China,digital agriculture has broad development prospects.It is the main trend to promote the digital agriculture high quality development.For Henan Province,it is an inevitable choice for accelerating the realization of agricultural modernization,an important starting point for promoting the agricultural supply side structural reform and an important way to realize the first opportunity of digital economy.In recent years,Henan Province has actively explored and achieved certain results in the digital agriculture construction:its top-level design is gradually clear;its development in various regions has been splendid and made greater progress.However,on the whole,digital agriculture in Henan Province is still in infancy and faces some practical problems:digital agriculture in Henan lacks clear top-level design and long-term planning;digital agriculture has not yet formed a perfect information infrastructure system;the integration and application of agricultural data is low;Henan Province also lacks eye-catching key digital agriculture projects and urgently needs to build a professional digital agriculture talent team.In the future,to promote the high-quality development of digital agriculture in Henan Province,we should focus on the several aspects such as top-level planning and design of digital agriculture,infrastructure construction,data collection and integration application,and professional talent team construction.
