AN ANALYSIS OF THEORETICAL CONTRIBUTION OF XI JINPING’S IMPORTANT EXPOSITIONS ON CONSTRUCTION OF THE PARTY’S WORK STYLE

党的十八大以来,习近平总书记针对新形势下加强和改进党的作风建设提出了一系列新思想、新论断、新要求,形成了关于作风建设的重要论述。这些论述对于丰富发展党的作风建设理论做出了原创性贡献。在“为什么抓”上,着重从关系党的执政根基、性质宗旨、优良传统、伟大事业等方面强调了新时代作风建设的极端重要性;在“抓什么”上,通过制定中央“八项规定”、整治“四风”、反对特权思想和特权现象等方面,明确了新时代加强作风建设的突破口和着力点;在“怎么抓”上,从坚持钉钉子精神、坚持抓常抓细抓长、坚持领导带头以上率下、坚持标本兼治系统施治、坚持立破并举扶正祛邪、坚持作风建设永远在路上等方面,创新了马克思主义执政党关于加强作风建设的方法路径。作为全面从严治党战略思想的组成部分,习近平关于作风建设的重要论述,已经形成了内涵丰富的科学理论体系,为我们在新时代持续加强和改进作风,从而以全面从严治党新成效引领社会主义现代化国家建设新征程,指明了前进方向、提供了根本遵循。

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,Xi Jinping has proposed a series of new concepts,viewpoints and requirements to improve official′s ways of doing things in the new circumstances,which constitutes important expositions on the construction of the Party′s work style,and makes original contributions to the development of the Marxism theory on the Party′s work style.As for why it should be done,it is essential to stress work style construction in the new era in aspects of governance base,the nature,fine tradition and great cause of the Party.As for what should be done,it is necessary to specify the key and focus of the work style construction in the new era by formulating the Eight Rules(on improving the Party and the government conduct),addressing the practice of formalities for formalities′sake,bureaucratism,hedonism,and extravagance,and opposing privilege-seeking.As for how,methods and paths are innovated to enhance the work style construction,for instance,the spirit of perseverance,the idea of officials taking the lead in actions,the practice of addressing both the symptoms and the root causes,and so on.As an integral part of strengthening the Party discipline,Xi Jinping′s important expositions on the construction of the Party′s work style have formed a scientific theoretical system with rich connotations,and have made the Party strengthened the work style in the new era,thus providing the direction and the guidance to lead into a modern socialist country.
