欠发达地区思政课教师队伍一体化建设刍议 被引量:1

摘要 欠发达地区在职大中小学具有高学历背景的思想政治课教师占比偏少,优质教师资源分布不均;对思想政治课教学人才的引进及利用存在着引不进、留不住、不好用和用不好等问题。充分利用本地资源,激发地方高校特别是地方高校的马克思主义学院的积极性,并在此基础上激活现有教师资源,组建各级学校校内及跨校教学团队,加强大中小学思政课教师队伍一体化建设,是提升欠发达地区思想政治课教学效果的有效途径。 In underdeveloped areas,the proportion of ideological and political teachers with high education background in colleges and universities,middle schools and primary schools is small,and high-quality teacher resources are unevenly distributed in the provinces;There are some problems in the introduction and utilization of the teaching talents of ideological and political theory course,such as not being introduced,not being retained,and not being well used.Making full use of local resources to stimulate the enthusiasm of local colleges and universities,especially the Marxist Institutes of local colleges and universities,and on this basis,activating the existing teacher resources,setting up internal and inter-school teaching teams,and strengthening the integrated construction of ideological and political teaching teams in universities,middle schools and primary schools are effective ways to solve the teaching effect of ideological and political courses in underdeveloped areas.
