人才培养视域下高职院校学风建设摭探

Exploration of the Construction of Study Style in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Talent Cultivate

学风建设工作是高职院校一项基础性的教学管理工作,对培养德才兼备的优秀人才具有重要作用。文章从高职院校学风建设存在的问题及原因、高职院校“学风建设月”活动思路、高职院校“学风建设月”活动的实施、高职院校“学风建设月”活动的主要成效与经验四方面,探讨人才培养视域下的高职院校学风建设,以营造校园学习氛围,促进学生的全面发展。

The construction of study style is a basic educational administration and teaching work in higher vocational colleges,which plays an important role in cultivating excellent talents with both morality and ability.This paper discusses the construction of learning style in higher vocational colleges from four aspects:the problems and reasons existing in the construction of learning style in higher vocational colleges,the idea of"learning style construction month"in higher vocational colleges,the implementation of"learning style construction month"in higher vocational colleges,and the main results and experience of"learning style construction month"in higher vocational colleges,so as to build the campus learning atmosphere and promote the all-round development of students.
