Secondary vocational schools shoulder the important function of cultivating talents and serving the society,it is very important for teachers to shape students'craftsman spirit in teaching.This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of craftsman spirit of secondary vocational school students in the new era,discusses the necessity of cultivating craftsman spirit of secondary vocational school students in the new era,and points out the strategies of cultivating craftsman spirit of secondary vocational school students in the new era:to create craftsman culture and enhance consciousness responsibility;innovate the education mode and cultivate the craftsman spirit;improve the curriculum and improve the quality of teachers;emphasize the integration of craftsman spirit in practical training courses;create craftsman quality and adhere to positive motivation.
